Number of collections required*
You are entitled to two collections per year of 2 cubic meters each. Only 2 or 4 cubic meters will be picked up, as per booking.

I confirm I will place items on the nature strip no earlier than I day before my booked collection date Material placed outside of this timeframe may be deemed an illegal dumping site and subject to penalties. I confirm I will place items for collection neatly on the nature strip to ensure no items wiIl fall onto the road or footpath. I confirm that the volume of materials to be collected will not exceed the size restriction. I confirm that small loose items will be boxed, bagged or contained to prevent litter. I confirm that I am responsible for any waste not collected (incorrect items or items over the specified quota). I confirm that I will bring any surplus waste back inside my property. I confirm I will NOT place any of the following items out for CleanUp:
Items must not be longer than 1.8 metres
Items must be able to be safely moved by 2 people
Large exercise equipment must be disassembled and the pieces placed neatly together for collection by one person.
Only put your collection items out one day before your scheduled collection.
Hazardous materials such as paint. chemicals, solvents, batteries, oils, gas bottles, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, oil heaters or asbestos.
Mirrors and glass items such as windows, shower screens and glass top tables.
Hot water systems •Carpet, carpet scraps and underlay
Car parts, car bodies, engine blocks or tyres
Decaying matter and general household garbage
Trade waste including liquid or business waste
Building waste including:
- Fibro / plaster board insulation bats
Note: White goods that need to be degassed are collected in a separate truck that will return within the next three business days.
