All bin sizes use an automated bin lifter to empty the garbage into the collection vehicle.
Material in the bin is emptied into our specifically designed collection vehicles. The bin (and any divider) line up exactly with the chute in the truck which guides waste and/or recyclables into their respective compartments in the vehicle. The vehicles are now designed so that each compartment is tailored to its contents, whether it be garbage, comingled recyclables, paper/cardboard or plastics/cans/glass. Compartment walls are angled and packing mechanisms are differed to maximise collection volume, provide easy emptying and minimise breakage of glass.

Solo can customise services to suit varying budgets and objectives. We are flexible and well resourced to offer solutions using various vehicle types and bin types and can tailor bin supply and maintenance programs to suit.
Solo dispose of garbage collected responsibly, in accordance with the Council's directions. All drivers and staff are fully trained in Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
